YetiCon 2025 passes are now available!

We’ve changed platforms from Eventbrite to a Canadian ticketing alternative, Simpli Events!

Do I have to bring my ticket to the event?

Yes, bring either your printed ticket or digital ticket via phone for scan at the event to receive your YetiCon wristband. Wristbands will first be made available for pickup Friday June 13, 2025 from 7PM to 10PM at the Village Conference Centre. They will also be made available during YetiCon's daytime hours on Saturday June 14 from 10AM to 10PM and Sunday June 15 from 10AM to 5PM.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

YetiCon is an all ages event! All ages events will be running on Saturday June 14 from 10AM to 10PM and Sunday June 15 from 10AM to 5PM. However, some panels as well as activities past 10PM and external Village Venues are 19+ and may require you to show ID to enter.

What are my parking options at the event?

If you booked a room at Blue Mountain, parking for one vehicle is included!

Otherwise Blue Mountain has free day parking located directly beside the Village Conference Centre and Blue Mountain's Village, as well as overnight parking at the Blue Mountain Inn. Please refer to Blue's parking webpage for more info.

What is the refund policy?

YetiCon has a no refund policy.

The name on the registration doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?

Perfectly fine! In the event that you need to resell your pass the name does not need to match the attendee. However each ticket is only valid for one YetiCon wristband.

Will passes be available for purchase at the door?

Yes, passes will also be available at the door! Passes at the door will be $50 tax included, and discounted to $30 if purchased on Sunday.

NEW: What activities and bonuses are included with my Blue Mountain room?

All rooms at The Village, Mosaic, and Blue Mountain Inn will include unlimited access to the Gondola, Hiking Trails, and Canopy Climb as well as free underground parking for a vehicle and wi-fi. Due to the Blue Mountain Inn not having underground parking, it will also include a food & beverage credit of $20 per night for the Pottery Restaurant or Jozo’s Bar.

What do Blue Mountain's "Play All Day" and "Explore All Day" tickets include? Do I need both?

Blue Mountain's tickets are separate optional purchases from Blue Mountain. Blue Mountain has provided discounts on these tickets for YetiCon, and you do not need both. The "Explore All Day" ticket includes access to the mountain and hiking trails, as well as unlimited Gondola access, Chutes & Loops Ball Run, and Canopy Climb Net Adventure.

The "Play All Day" ticket includes everything in the "Explore All Day" ticket, as well as unlimited access to the following Blue Mountain activities: Gondola, Chutes & Loops Ball Run, Canopy Climb Net Adventure, Cascade Putting Course, Lumber Lanes Climbing Centre, Cocoon Crawl Playscape, Mill Pond Activity Centre, Plunge! Aquatic Centre, Ridge Runner Mountain Coaster, Wind Rider Triple Zips, Timber Challenge High Ropes & hiking trails.

As a reminder: While Blue Mountain’s "Play All Day" and "Explore All Day" tickets only cover a single day, the activities included with a Blue Mountain room cover your entire stay. Blue Mountain’s tickets are distinct and separate from YetiCon passes. Blue Mountain’s tickets are an entirely optional purchase over YetiCon weekend, and only used for Blue Mountain’s activities such as the mountain coaster, zip lines, etc. Your YetiCon pass gets you access to everything hosted by YetiCon at the Village Conference Centre.
